I was surprised by the wait staff and there great menu. The menu is a bit to big and it looks that they are trying to hard. Which we can all appreciate. The service by the wait staff was very nice and professional. I had the monte cristo and it was very good. It's hard to find places with that sandwich. And just in general it's hard to find places of staff that truly care. Thanks. Squirrel.
1 Star (8/23/2017) walked in with my wife and father in law after a beautiful day of fishing on Fish Lake looking to grab a quick bite to eat. Lady behind the bar was instantly talking bad about us to her (Regulars). She then came over to us and very negatively told us we had to move our vehicle. (We're pulling a 23' boat so this is no easy task to move a vehicle pulling a huge trailer)
Best place ever. The chowder was amazing. And the best hotel place in Leavenworth I've stayed in
We're from Texas and simply love the town of Leavenworth. We come twice a year with family to visit this town.
I recommend that if you're not a local to not visit this restraunt / lounge as it is a disgrace to the beautiful town of Leavenworth.
Very nice. Close to parks and hiking nice friendly staff and decent good food in restaurant. A bit if construction in the works but rooms are clean spacious and tidy.
We were camped at thousand trails and went here for breakfast on Sunday morning about 11:00am. Great atmosphere, it's a true log cabin lodge with an incredible fireplace. I had a waffle combo with two eggs, and sausage patty. Lots of peanut butter and my own maple syrup carafe , not the the thimble size leaving you begging for more. My wife had the biscuits and gravy with two eggs. Generous portions and pleasant service. We also ordered two of their famous milk shakes to go. Ugh!! we were so stuffed we skipped lunch and dinner that day. All in all we really liked this place.
