After 30+ years coordinating weddings of every sort, I can honestly say that working with Patrick & Jessica at Pine River Ranch Bed & Breakfast is now on my list of top 5. I had the great pleasure of working with this amazing duo for the Winter Wonderland Wedding the Bride had always wanted. The venue is beautifully rustic (check out the faucets in the ladies’ room!) and perfectly located in close proximity to scenic Leavenworth, WA. Peaceful, breathtaking views with great parking and a truly service-oriented staff made our experience at Pine River Ranch problem free. Tables, chairs, day-of storage, beautifully decorated overnight lodging and a CLEAN UP crew included in the package is a wedding coordinator’s dream come true. We were given a list of recommended local vendors for our destination wedding – all of whom were excellent in their fields. Would I recommend Pine River Ranch Bed & Breakfast to any Bride? There was a lot of snow when we were here and since I do snow removal in the winter I know how hard it can be to keep up on at times, they did a very good job of keeping things cleared. I kind of wish that the deck on the cabin had been cleared of snow and there were a couple of folding chairs or something so we could have had a warm cup of coffee and enjoyed the view a bit in the morning from the deck.
Amazing staff and grounds! My staff and I shot a New Year's Day wedding at Pine River. The venue is stunning and the staff are great to work with.

It does seem like a very beautiful spot and it was gorgeous with the snow everywhere, but because of this I do not feel that we got the full experience that this great ranch has to offer. We are already discussing coming back when spring comes so we can fully enjoy it!
My wife and I went to Leavenworth and stayed here. We had a great time! The cabin that we stayed in was very nice and clean. A couple of picky things that we noticed but very insignificant. When we needed new towels we let patrick and his wife know and they were delivered to us hot and folded very quickly. Breakfast on day one that we were there was amazing (wish I would of taken pics) it was a blueberry waffle and 2 sausage links (they were pretty big links). Breakfast on day 2 was good, hash browns and eggs, but the previous days breakfast was so good that they set the bar quite high...lol. We noticed the outdoor light was out and told the owners just so they were aware, less than 10 minutes later and they were changing it!
Although the cabin is a little higher priced than other places we have stayed (I think that would have been offset a bit more if the weather was nicer and the property was a bit more usable without the snow, but we were the ones that chose to go in the winter...lol.)we were pleased with the experience.
I could not speak more highly of Pine River Ranch!! The owners, Patrick and Jessica, are both genuine, kind individuals completely dedicated to providing excellent service. They're incredibly organized and go above and beyond to make their guests happy!! My wedding is being held at Pine River Ranch this summer and Patrick and Jessica have continued to be one step ahead of me. They have made me feel like the most important person in the world. I can sincerely say that after visiting several different venues prior to making my final decision, Pine River Ranch was by far the superior venue. Exceptional location and exceptional people.
