The actual trip out on the sleds was a blast! But I was not happy about getting a secondary charge to my card that I did not approve. We originally booked a day rental on the sleds but with the pass closure the weekend we went we were only able to go for a half day and when we checked in at the office that is what we agreed too and what we were charged for. Once we were done and left we received another charge of $70 that there was no real explanation for. One person says it was or a full day another says it was for a guided tour we never received. Joe the owner has been very rude and non responsive to our request to refund the money. There is another place that rents to the same location. I would recommend using them rather than risking having your money stolen by this company. Very poor service!
Wonderful experience! The guides were friendly, knowledgeable and fun! A great way to try snowmobiling for the first time!
